Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer Royal Mail 2nd Class, we aim to offer more very soon so watch this space.

4. Order Tracking
Unfortunately there isn’t any tracking available with the Royal Mail service we use, once we introduce more shipping options we will update this.

5. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 29 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at emma@lochlomondrocks.co.uk within the specified return period. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 12 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at emma@lochlomondrocks.co.uk with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
