1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

3. What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer Royal Mail 2nd Class. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

4. What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 29 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at emma@lochlomondrocks.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 12 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email emma@lochlomondrocks.co.uk immediately with photos of the item. We’ll work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us at emma@lochlomondrocks.co.uk as soon as possible.
